Club Programs/Pods

1. Maintains a list of viable speakers. 2.Develops a list of members willing to serve in Pods and as Pod Leaders and further confirms their availability for the coming year. 3.Develops and publishes the list of Pods in May for the coming year. 4. Coordinates with Incoming President in creating an agenda framework. 5. Coordinates between Pods and officers to schedule Inductions and other presentations needing time on the agenda. 6.Supports the Pod Leaders in contacting Pod members, posting agenda's and any other needs. 7. Works with the membership committee to identify ways to engage meeting guests and speakers for potential membership.
